Athletic Director

Kevin Barbarick has proudly served as the Athletic Director at Ernest Righetti High School for the past 10 years, providing leadership and oversight for all aspects of the school's athletic programs. In this role, he manages more than 20 athletic programs, supervises coaching staff, coordinates schedules and transportation, oversees department budgets, ensures compliance with CIF and league regulations, and supports hundreds of student-athletes each year.

Under Kevin's leadership, Righetti Athletics has continued its tradition of excellence, earning numerous league championships, CIF playoff appearances, and individual athletic honors. His commitment to student success has helped create opportunities for Warriors to excel both on the field and in the classroom. He has worked tirelessly to strengthen athletic facilities, expand opportunities for student participation, and build a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, sportsmanship, and school pride.

Beyond wins and championships, Kevin believes athletics are an extension of the educational experience. He is dedicated to developing student-athletes into responsible leaders who demonstrate character, perseverance, and integrity. Through his leadership, Righetti Athletics has fostered a positive environment where students can thrive academically, athletically, and personally.

Each year, Righetti Athletics serves hundreds of student-athletes across a wide variety of sports, helping them build lifelong skills while representing the Warrior tradition with pride. Kevin's dedication and vision have made a lasting impact on Ernest Righetti High School and the Santa Maria community.
