The ERHS Activities Department is responsible for organizing and overseeing a wide range of extracurricular activities, events, and student life programs. Our goal is to create a vibrant, positive, and engaging school environment beyond academics.
Activities Approval Process
Step 1: The Petition
All activities, regardless of whether or not they are collecting money, must go through the petition process. The petition allows your activity/fundraiser to be posted on the master calendar with ASB. Submit petitions to ASB for approval a minimum of two weeks before your event begins. ASB approves petitions every Monday at lunch. When a petition is approved, the advisor/coach will receive a copy of the petition in their staff mailbox. The petition notifies the business office that the event is occurring, and it helps ASB advertise your event.
Step 2: The Purchase Request
A purchase request (PR) is required anytime money will be spent from an ASB account. ASB approves PRs every Monday at lunch. Links to all fundraising forms are below.
Clubs/teams may not purchase requested items until the PR is approved and the Purchase Order (PO) has been issued. The PR must be signed by an ASB officer, the ASB Advisor, and an administrator. Once approvals have been received, the ASB Bookkeeper will issue a PO.. The club advisor/team coach will received the PO in their staff mailbox. Once the PO has been received, the club/team may spend money on the approved expenditure.

This year’s winners were Tara Wyers singing Liquid Smooth, Erick Youngern and James Plott singing and playing guitar to a song from the Mountain Goats, Natalia Caro singing and playing guitar while performing a Taylor Swift song and finally the audience choice winners Cazadores De Suenos a guitar trio of Adrian Gustavo Coracero, Raul Guzman and Noah Allen Waller.
