Enroll for School
NEW STUDENTS (grades 10-12)

Complete the Online Enrollment Form (see necessary documents below)

You will be asked to upload the Birth Certificate, Proof of Residency, and Immunization Records

If applicable, upload additional documents such as custody documents, legal guardianship/caregiver documents and/or other legal documents pertaining to your student

If you are unable to upload the documents above, you may email them to erhs-records@smjuhsd.org. Enrollment will not be complete until documents are received
- You will receive an email from the Registrar, Vanessa Guerrero, with next steps once your enrollment has been processed.
*IMPORTANT: If you are enrolling for the current school year (2025-2026) and do not receive an email from the Registrar within 24 hours of submitting your Online Enrollment Form, please contact her at vguerrero@smjuhsd.org to confirm your submission.
INCOMING 9th GRADE STUDENTS

Student attends 8th grade class presentations at their school

Parent completes the Online Enrollment Form (see necessary documents above)

Student or parent completes the online Freshmen Course Request Form

- View the Freshman Elective Offerings for elective descriptions
- Attend Warrior Welcome on March 10, 2026
- Attend Freshmen Orientation on August 5, 2026
