Coach Rustin Pickett

Since stepping into the role of head football coach in 2023, Russ Pickett has brought a transformative energy to the Ernest Righetti High School Warriors. Beyond the playbook, Coach Pickett teaches intervention classes, supporting students academically and personally.

His leadership has fostered a positive and inclusive culture that resonates throughout the campus. Students are not only excited about football—they’re proud to be part of a program that values growth, teamwork, and community. Under Coach Pickett’s guidance, Warrior football is more than a sport—it’s a movement.
